BlackSalt Capital L.P. is a Texas-based private investment partnership originally formed for family and friends. The general partner's capital is invested alongside the limited partners', aligning every decision with long-term outcomes rather than short-term incentives.
The partnership is intentionally small in scope and selective in membership — a structure designed to preserve the independence, flexibility, and patience that the strategy requires.
BlackSalt Capital L.P. is an invitation-only partnership. This form is not used to establish new relationships or onboard new investors. Messages from individuals who are not current partners, or friends and family of the general partner, will not receive a response.
